Nustrisystem: Week 3 #NSNation

First off it is hard to believe I have been on Nutrisystem for three weeks now! The time has flown by and have really enjoyed the different meals. Three weeks in and I am still trying new foods. I like pretty much all of them and have only found one or two I was not crazy about. I always pick my favorite add-ins and I am full all day long which I think makes it easy to stay on plan

I was thrilled that this week I have noticed my close fitting better. Normally I wear sweat pants or cotton pants around the house, with the elastic waist it is hard to tell the fit. This past week when I wore my jean shorts, bought two weeks before I started Nutrisystem, they where loose !! I could still wear them but I could pull them down without unbuttoning them.......WOW.

My Nutisystem app for my iPhone, is still my best friend and makes logging my food and weight easy.

Here is my favorite food from the past week :

Penne Pasta & Chicken in Alfredo Sauce -"This classic Italian-inspired entrée is rich, smooth, creamy and the height of decadence! It combines tender chicken breast with perfectly cooked penne pasta in a succulent sauce made with heavy cream, a blend of cheese, and just the right mix of spices."

DRUM ROLL PLEASE...........................
Week 3 weight loss: -3.8 pounds
Week 2 weight loss: -3.4 pounds 
Week 1 weight loss: -7 pounds
Start weight: I'm sure you want to know, but I'm to embarrassed to tell !
TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS: -14.2 pounds 

I know that I could have not lost a little over 14lbs on my own. I'm very satisfied with the Nutrisytem Program so far.

I am ready to see what week 4 will bring, don't forget to visit for my next weigh in :)

    It is hard to believe I finished week 5 on Nutrisystem ! I was really worried that week 5 would be a set back for me since it was the first week that we had a get together planned at our home. During week 5 it was my middle sons 12th birthday and every year we celebrate with a big crawfish boil. I really enjoy crawfish and everything that goes with them so at first I was dreading the day but then decided that I would not deprive myself but CONTROL myself. I normally eat crawfish until I am so full I'm sick but this time I ate enough to satisfy my taste for them and still had room for a small piece of birthday cake. After eating I removed myself from the table and went and played horseshoes and on the inflatable slide with the kids. I did not have a urge to go for a second serving like I normally do!
