Nickelodeon Announces new line of Kids Bedroom Furniture for 2010!

Lea Furniture will introduce three new age-related youth furniture product lines during the High Point Furniture Market this October. Called Nickelodeon MyRoom, the new collection was developed in cooperation with Nickelodeon/Viacom Consumer Products and will feature beloved and popular characters from shows including Dora the Explorer, Go, Diego, Go!, SpongeBob SquarePants, as well featuring graphics based on the network’s signature Slime.

In addition to reflecting and conveying the fun, ‘kids first’ essence of Nickelodeon, qualitative and quantitative research was conducted to ensure the design of the Nickelodeon MyRoom collection is responsive to parenting, kids, technological and lifestyle trends--thereby meeting both current and future consumer needs and expectations.

Parents will find that the Nickelodeon MyRoom furniture supports creativity, independent play and customization, which are all part of kids’ development. The collection addresses these elements in six ways:
