Make-Ahead Meals for Busy Moms Cookbook

I was thrilled to have the opportunity to review Jane Doiron's new cookbook Make-Ahead Meals for Busy Moms ! Even though I do not work out of the home, I still find it hard to make great home cooked meals between bringing the kids to and from to school, ROTC practice, religion and karate. In the evenings it is GO GO GO !

The first thing I noticed was the variety of recipes that are in the book. Also she has covered everything ..... Appetizers,Breakfast and Brunch,Main Dishes, Side Dishes, Soups and Desserts!

The First thing I tried making was Bruschetta! Can you say Yummy! It was very simple and was a hit with the entire family! The one thing I really like is that Make-ahead meals can be frozen ahead, assembled ahead, or cooked ahead and reheated. This is a GREAT for anyone who wants convenient home cooked meals.

Here are a few items from the book :
Bacon Tomato Mini Cups, Bruschetta, Buffalo Chicken Dip, Crab Melts, Italian Bread Dipping Oil,Banana Bread, Blueberry Bread, Bran Muffins, Breakfast Burritos, Cinnamon Bread, Coffee Cake with Apple Pie Filling, Cranberry Lemon Bread,Angel Food Cake, Big Ginger Cookies, Blueberry Squares, Brownie Cookies, Brownies, Cherry Bars, Chocolate Chip Blondies, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Chocolate Fudge, Chocolate Torte, Christmas Bark, Date Bars, Flaky Pie Crust, Freezable Lemon Bars,Baked Chicken Chimichangas, Baked Manicotti, BBQ Country Ribs/Pulled Pork, BBQ Pepper Jack Chicken, Broiled Honey Mustard Salmon, Cheesy Pasta, Ham and Peas, Chicken and Spinach Stuffed Shells, Chicken Cannelloni, Chicken Cordon Bleu, PLUS MANY MORE ......
