ProActive Parenting Giveaway !

From the Company: “Parenting can feel overwhelming at times. The stress of daily life and early childhood development can catch parents off guard and cause them to react instead of respond. ProActive Parenting’s downloadable seminars use real-life situations, like the ones you deal with each and every day, to show parents how to escape the reaction trap, how to stop yelling so your child will listen, how to teach instead of punish so your child will learn your expectations and it shares every detail needed including sample conversations so you’re prepared and ready to go as soon as you stop listening!”

Sharon Silver is a mom, an educator, and a powerful speaker. Her sense of humor and teaching style make her easy to listen to and creates a trustworthy environment for learning. Her mission has always been to create programs that help parents focus on what else can be done instead of going straight to punishment. ProActive Parenting is the result of that mission. With an education in Parenting and Early Childhood Development, four certifications as a Parent Educator, and practical experience as the mother of two young adults, there’s very little she hasn’t seen. She offers her Seminars On-Demand this website and does Live In-Person seminars at schools, corporations, universities and mom’s groups. She does telephone-seminars for working parents during the lunch break, gives speeches for service organizations, and travels to different cities around the country giving seminars. Over the last 17 years, parents, public and private school teachers, day-care directors and providers, corporations and service groups have all benefited from the programs she teaches about how to use a balanced, real-life approach when disciplining and teaching children.

The philosophy behind ProActive Parenting is based in the use of discipline instead of punishment, and the fact that you’re too busy! You’re too busy to read another book on parenting theory, you’re too busy to go through another seminar where the method is explained but never really applied to your real everyday life. You’re just too busy!

I was given the chance to download the EveryDay Solution Series, Set of 10 which was very easy to do and I really like the idea that you can listen to them on your computer, MP3 player or make a CD for your car. So whether you are at your computer, out for a walk or even driving to work you will have time to listen.

I have the opportunity to give one of my readers a free download of the entire EveryDay Solution Series, Set of 10, valued at $149.95.
The set of 10 includes :

I think the yelling one would be a good one for soon. My two year old doesn't listen to me unless I'm at her level in her face or raising my voice. I would to try a new technique so that things will go more smoothly. This looks like a very interesting approach to discipline! I'm intrigued
