Toddler Virtue Tees
Giveaway

From Their Site : "I feel that to make the world a better place, we need to start with our children. I propose that we bring back virtues. What if we instilled virtues like kindness, courage, tolerance, gratitude and patience into our toddlers? What if eventually these virtues became not only a word, but a way of life? What would happen if these virtuous toddlers became virtuous school aged children, young adults and our leaders of tomorrow ?"

We received the Tolerance Tee which is adorable. It is a vintage red tee with burnt orange lettering on the front and light grey on the back. It is super soft and the wording on the front says "Tolerance -accepting other people even if they are different than you ". On the back it has the phrase "Pass it on".
These shirts are a great learning tool for your little one !

Toddler Virtues shirts are made from 100% cotton that is low gauge and loose knit. It washed up great and there was no shrinkage !
The other Toddler Virtues shirts available are Gratitude - being thankful for what you have , PATIENCE - being able to wait calmly for something you really want , COURAGE - being brave even when doing something you are afraid to do and KINDNESS - being nice to other people.
- Make your virtue tee a fun, getting dressed game. Tell your toddler the virtue on their tee.
- Tell your toddler the meaning of the virtue inscribed on their tee.
- Include your toddler in a playful example, illustrating the virtue on the tee.
- Wash and Wear regularly, repeating the above steps each time it is worn.
- Pass it on! Encourage others to teach toddler virtues and pass on hand-me-down tees once outgrown to other toddler friends.
-
The toddler virtue tee idea was born when her and her son where at a kid's concert (Ralph's World). She saw that every child at the concert was wearing a tee shirt with a slogan or design on it (such as spoiled, princess, high maintenance, little dude, a musician or whatever) and decided to use the tee shirt craze as a platform to do some good by teaching toddler's virtues.

The inventor is really cool. I like what she said about her line "I feel that to make the world a better place, we need to start with our children. I propose that we bring back virtues."

She decided to created these shirts after seeing kids wearing ones with slogans like spoiled and princess. She figured it would be a great time to try and teach toddlers about virtue.

Toddler tees tend to run large while Mommy tees are snug. An adult size small fits youth/teen girls quite nicely.
