Friendship Stone- Giveaway / Review*CLOSED*

From The Friendship Stone site : The Friendship Stone is meant to serve as an important reminder of the bond of friendship. The ability of the stone to change with the rays of light is an important message for how one chooses to view life and friendship. Just like the stone's appearance changes, The Friendship Stone symbolizes the power of choice, of positive thinking and of the capacity to alter one's direction in life. The structure of the stone is as unique as the people that comprise one's life. The stone, small-enough to be permanently carried around, serves as a constant trigger to the importance of each individual in our lives. By giving The Friendship Stone, one provides a keepsake, an everlasting sign that regardless of location, there will always be an enduring connection between two particular individuals.
"The Friendship Stone has given me so much. It has strengthened my bonds with friends and brought out special emotions in people around me." Cathy Raff, Founder

The Friendship Stone is a semi-precious Tiger's Eye Stone designed to remind you of the bond of friendship you have with a certain individual.

If you are looking for that prefect gift for that special friend without breaking the bank they have packages starting at $20 which includes :

The classic pack comes with a beautifully presented stone, a brochure explaining its meaning and origins, and a blank gift card printed with the stone’s distinctive insignia.

My Favorite thing at the Friendship Stone site is their Friendship Stone Necklace they would make the perfect gift for that special friend, mother, daughter etc.. They are beautiful and one of a kind.

From their site : Each Friendship Stone Necklace, like every individual, is unique and reflects Mother Nature's magnificence. Show you care with a gift that symbolizes your love and appreciation. The Friendship Stones, suspended on a variety of 14K gold filled chains or fine leather, are natural and untainted. Just like every relationship is irreplaceable, no two Friendship Stone Necklace are alike.

The Friendship Stone site has a new feature which I think is great, they recently added a section on their site called Ask The Friendship Advocate - Ask Cathy. Here you can ask Cathy - The Friendship Advocate, your question about friendship for her to answer. Cathy believes that there is nothing better than good friends! But sometimes we all need a little advice !

I think Either the stone or necklace would make a great gift for anyone special in your life, you best friend, son or daughter, mom or Grandparent. I think it would be a great way to show someone how much you mean to them and that you are always there for them.

I would give a friendship stone to my cousin Vanessa. We have been best friends ever since we were little, and we always had friendship necklaces or bracelets. This could be our grown up adult version of those!

I would give the stone to my best friend, Brittany. We have been best friend for forever. Even though right now, we are having problems. I think giving her these stones will help us getting back on track.

Christina - - I submitted a question to Cathy, asking what to do when you notice that your formerly very giving friend has become quite selfish (do you tell them outright, especially when they probably haven't noticed the transition or feel that it's justified?).

Christina - - For an extra entry: I would give a stone to my niece Sarah, whose mother died of cancer when she was 8 and to whom I have tried to be a good friend ever since; and since there are two sets, I would give the other to a long-lost friend who just yesterday sent me an Xmas card, Joan, because we forged a deep friendship long ago when we were younger.

I have a bf, that moved far away. Since then, we send Christmas cards, and the calls have faded down over the years to maybe once a year. I would love to give this too her to let her know that distance and time doesn't change our friendship. We grew up together and were practically sisters. Everyone called us twins. This bond will always keep us in spirit and thought.
