FRENCH'S Crunchy Onion Chicken ™

What you will need :

1 large can FRENCH'S® Original French Fried Onions

4 boneless skinless chicken breast

1 egg beaten

1 gallon size Ziplock bag

Preheat oven at 400


1.Crush onions in bag.

2.Dip chicken in egg.

3. Coat Chicken in onion crumbs (press firmly)

4.Bake at 400 for 20 min. or until no longer pink in center.

5. ENJOY !!!!!!!!

    I haven't seen this can of "French's" here, sorry.
    It seems delicious. We make the same recipe with breadcrumbs. It's certainly better with onions.

    Once, I've made pictures of my recipe for the blog. My children were laughing at me, according them, it was hilarious to take pictures of each stage! They don't know what blogging is, no ? ; )

    Oh my gosh my son will be thrilled!! His favorite dish at Thanksgiving is the green bean casserole with the French's onions. Thanks for my dinner idea for tonight!

    I really did make this last night and it was a hit with everyone. One of my 7 year old's asked if we could have this for Christmas dinner! Wow...that's pretty wild. I used the Cheddar French's onions. I made extra so hubby has left overs for lunch.
    Thanks, I will be making it again (but probably not for Christmas dinner! Hee hee)
